This example demonstrates a failure condition in which the order of content - in this example the position of a sidebar - does not match the author’s intent.

Added new example file with sidebar text that provides more context, so it's clear that the position of the div tag with the sidebar paragraph is definitely wrong between the second and third paragraphs.
