This example demonstrates a failure condition in which a data table is not regularly shaped. In the sample file, the row span for the first cell in the table is incorrectly set to 2.
Note for consideration... PDF/UA-1 does not mandate that tables be regular so this isn't really a failure condition until PDF/UA-2.
