This example describes a failure condition in which a tag is not used in a semantically appropriate manner. Text, that the author does not intend as a heading, is tagged as H2.

I added metadata but, for WCAG (2,2) I think 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels) is relevant but it's not in the list of options to choose. I don't know how to add it.
