This example describes a failure condition in which a heading tag (Hn) is used instead of a table header (TH). Headings (e.g., H1, H2) do not establish a relationship between table cells, however headings may be used in a table if the intent of the author is to organize the document as a whole.

I added metadata but, for WCAG (2,2) I think 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels) is relevant but it's not in the list of options to choose. I don't know how to add it.
