This describes a failure condition in which each line of the two-line heading is marked with a single heading structure element. See Fundamental 5: Appropriate Semantics.

Debate:  Should we remove "multiline" from the title of this use case and/or from the PDF file name/ example?

Test items updated according the new approach.   Test 1 one is not fulfilled: Check that all fundamental techniques are followed. Concretized this by naming the exact test item of the Fundamentals. Maybe this could be the general approach for Fail Cases which only fails because of the breach of fundamental techniques.
