Description

This describes a failure condition in which a change in the appearance of text indicates that the related piece of text is a heading, but the semantically appropriate tag is not used. In this case, the text indicating the heading should be marked by an H1 tag instead of an H3 tag, because it is the first appearing heading in the document.

I added metadata but, for WCAG (2,2) I think 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels) is relevant but it's not in the list of options to choose.  I don't know how to add it.
