The objective of this technique is to show ho to tag a hierarchical table of contents. In this example, the sublevel TOC is on the same level like the TOCI it is logically situated in. Current assistive technology in some cases can profit from this to announce a nested list to the reader.
The substructure of the TOCI tag follows the recommendation of the default example of use case table of contents, PDFUA-267.
