The objective of this technique is to show how to tag a table of figures. A table of figures can be tagged just in the same way as a table of contents. In this example Link tags are placed in Reference tags.

The substructure of the TOCI tag follows the recommendation of the default example of use case table of contents, PDFUA-267. Note: The appropriate internal structure of the Link tag is displayed in more detail in the separate use case Link.

Need a document that has Figures and captions for the Table of Figures.  The Table of figures should be linked, too.
