Note:  I created the original in Word, converted to PDF, redacted the text in Acrobat (DC) and then remediated it. 

While redacting, I did not choose to remove hidden content when asked by Acrobat (mainly because I've worked with clients who redact text and they don't do that either so I was trying to create a "real world" example.

Recently, I was working with the Redacted Text - name of an organization , teaching them some classes on how to remediate PDFs using Redacted Text - product name of PDF remediation software. Interestingly, one of the topics that they had a particular interest in was redacting text and then tagging it correctly.

Redacted Text - an entire paragraph. I hope this example is helpful for us now.

 

One suggestion is that the "Redacted Text - blah" label is surrounded by [] or equivalent to distinguish from the in-redacted content.
