The objective of this technique is to show how a semantic image can be used as a heading. In this case, images are tagged with Figure tags and have the alternative text set. Additionally, the Figure tags are nested in the appropriate heading tags - in this case H2.

Metadata Committee - there should be test procedures related to the graphics - required Figure tags and the use of Alt text.

Regarding check #4 under Figure, there is no link in the document so there's no linked figure, etc., as mentioned in this check.
