This describes the failure condition when an Article tag contains the content of multiple articles in a PDF.  Each article should be in its own Article tag.

{color:#000000}JAWS reads it exactly the same as PDFUA-26, so at least from this point of view compliant vs. non-compliant makes no difference.{color}

Reworked together with PDFUA-26

To be a better 1.7 example, eliminate the "Articles" title, make the remaining headings H1s.
