Evaluation with Acrobat and JAWS
Adobe Acrobat DC (19.010.10059)
JAWS Version 2018.1811.2 ILM
Windows 10
When needed to exemplify what JAWS is speaking, I’m using the same notation used in our guides for tagging psudo code. For instance, <H1>
{foobar} means that JAWS speaks the text foobar as a heading level 1.
JAWS reads the caption with the correct structure following the image in both cases.
Simple case:
<Graphic>
{creative bubbles}
Fig 1.
bubbles
Complex case:
<Graphic>
{4}
list of 3 items
meaning of numers in detail:
area for defining alt text
selection of the alt text source
alt text itself list end

It is a useful example. Next steps:
Rework the example completely in English Correct spelling mistakes Take a more neutral image (from the WCAG website?)
Clean up tag tree: no Article, no Story, no Span nested in Lbl
