I added metadata but, for WCAG (2,2) I think 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels) is relevant but it's not in the list of options to choose. I don't know how to add it.

Description
This describes a failure condition in which a change in the appearance of text indicates that the related piece of text is a heading, but the semantically appropriate tag is not used. In this case, the text indicating the heading should be marked by an H1 tag instead of a P tag, so that it could be recognized as a heading level one in a non-visual way.
