Map icons don't load quickly on mobile. #31

Seems to be related to: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5557776/websockets-over-a-3g-connection

Could instead just request all the hikes at the beginning. Or do it all over AJAX.

Fixed a long time ago with https://github.com/zaknelson/hike.io/commit/3ed0d2d61fabfc74740904c2c3fa7e802df400a6
