Preflight causes layout issues

• The size of buttons are not the same as in the blueprintjs docs.
• The size of buttons changes between the outlined and non-outlined versions
• Inputs and buttons dont have the same size (sees screenshot)

Without including the preflight stylesheet, those issues disappear.
