Transporter crashes when using my own patch

Followed the steps to make my own patch for transporter but it crashes the 3ds when you launch it. Also transporter doesn't detect White 2 when I patch it using the provided code.ips file

• Does luma have patches enabled in settings?
• Is your white 2 save in the correct location?
