Bump versions to recent ones #21

I did not bump the version for appDynamics because by using version 4.2.4 of the appDynamics agent all node versions are supported. See the following post:

As of 4.2.4, the Node.js Agent supports all major and minor versions of Node.js v0, v4, v5, and v6. Further, the agent no longer needs to be updated for each new minor version update of Node.js.

I think we still need to update the AppD version as it also requires an update of the AppD controller, which to my knowledge we don't have yet.

@prayerslayer can you give me more infos on the controller so I can figure this out? Or are you sure about this? In both cases I guess we can merge this PR because we will not change the appD supported version because there is no update, right?

Ahhh true they have this super-strict engine limitation. Sorry!
