Behavior:

ERROR when mint-storage or kio is down
WARN when there was an error during sync of a single app
INFO
- when we got rate-limited
- when we did something successfully, e.g. rotated a password

Attempts of an action are still logged as DEBUG.

Regarding configuration I'd suggest to update use Friboo's built-in environment variable instead of handling config files.
