remove Clair SQS integration #156

Fresh pier-one images' status is reported correctly to Pier One, but old image status is not updated when new CVEs are reported.

Reason is layer status due to internal timeout.

Clair SQS integration (read and write to queues) shall be removed because clair instances price tag is to much compared with added value for Zalando and alternatives for zalando internal usage are on the way.

The approach is to adapt the configuration, not the actual code.
