• TokenInfoConverter - would be good to have something like Option[TokeinInfo]
• sealed trait instead of sealed abstract class in AuthResult + return Either
• change the name from IAMClient to some Oauth generic name
• gain some additional "support" from inside the company to reach 30-50 stars from colleagues (currently we have 17)
• include a reference to OAuth 2.0 Token Introspection Endpoint documentation and explain deviation of /tokeinfo endpoint from the spec (currently Plan-B doesn't support token introspection).
• removing a reference to Zalando in comments in the code itself

I would also recommend removing a reference to Zalando in comments in the code itself (particularly around talking to iam).
