Support scopes for OAuth implicit flow #42

Scopes/permissions are not supported in implicit flow right now.

This would be a very nice feature any change to get this added soon?

@cgmv I guess it's easy to do --- actually I would need to check what the current status is (and why it's supposedly not supported..).
