Create downtime for specific alerts #77

API supports creating downtimes for entities only belonging to specific alert definitions. http://zmon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer/rest-api.html#scheduling-a-downtime

@beverage #78 solves this and it's ready to merge but I don't need this feature anymore but feel free to merge or cancel the #78
