Mark Outdated Cloud Applications as Untracked #234

When an application was tracked for a time but not anymore, it may still show on the list of tracked applications for a given Team and fail to read chart data for its endpoints.

The cloud view filters untracked applications based on available data. Applications with outdated data should also be added to the Untracked Applications list.

A timestamp is already provided by the backend.

Suggested threshold: 2 weeks.

Fixed. Any application with data older than 14 days will be marked as untracked.

A default "(no untracked applications" legend has also been added.
