Check Edit form fails validation for Interval #264

Validation for the "Interval" property on the Check edit form is not behaving as expected: no red border is showed whenever the value of the input field fails to validate, thus giving no clue to the user of what went wrong.

The input-group uses an ng-class for this but it is not checking for $error.min

Fixed. Limit of 5 is respected.
