Display correct message when a user tries to delete Grafana dashboard. #626

A grafana dashboard can only deleted by the user who created it. Currently, the grafana UI shows a successful message even when another user deletes a grafana dashboard.

As a user, I would like to see a appropriate message displayed when a user (who didn't created the dasobard) tries to delete it.

Or maybe it just shouldn't appear as though I could delete it at all?

resolved by decoupling Grafana from ZMON.
