rename the link "Evaluate" to something else #742

I constantly have to explain people how to "re-run" a check and show them the link to "Evaluate". Aside from making those links more prominent (see https://github.com/zalando-zmon/zmon-controller/issues/741), i think the word "Evaluate" is anyways not good and i propose something else. "Re-Run this Check" would immediately be clear.
