User can see when the alert first triggered, and when it most recently triggered #76

We currently have the situation, that if we put an alert in maintenance mode, this will be gone from our Dashboard. For example, http-health. If a new machine get the same alert in zmon we see the duration of the acknowledged alert. It would be better to see the duration of the current alert. Sometimes there is a new alert with the info that this one exists since 18 hours.

@philipp1982 Could you provide a better explanation of the problem? Please explain in the following format: "I currently see ..." "What I expect to see is ..."

Currently, this number only represents when the alert was first triggered. The user has no idea when the next one was or when the last one was. This makes it difficult to understand what happened.

Better would be that we show when it first failed, and when it was last updated.
