Entities in alert are not cleaned up in some cases #87

This problem is related to this zmon-worker issue.

@rajatparida86 to be honest, I don't have much of context. I didn't spend much time on this issue to provide more details. The problem in general is described in the linked issue.

89 (that fixes the current issue) will be merged once the worker PR to read batch cleanups from redis is merged
