feat: remove legacy redirect pages (#768) #768

Removes legacy redirect pages representing outdated multi-page structure. The multi-page structure was abandoned a long time and since latest restructurings have also compromised the contained links, we should remove them instead of fixing.

Added also an update of the outdated maintainer list.
