If hovering by mouse for a tooltip to appear behind the foreground window, the tooltip's parent window becomes active.

I'm also seeing this on GNOME 46's Wayland session, it happens with any applications. To reproduce this however, I had to logout and re-login into the GNOME when enabling or disabling this extension (simply toggling it off/on doesn't fully apply the changes, somehow).
