Improve icons and add tooltips to them

I've replaced the star icon with a pin icon, which is more descriptive
Also added fallback icons, to be used when your them doesn't include a required icon
- These icons are from the papirus icon theme
Added tooltips (descriptions on hover) for all buttons to reduce confusion
