[Fixes #144] Task: use official geonode docker images

Description

I added the official geonode/geonode docker image to geonode-k8s. I used the latest release 4.2.2. I will update the readme as soon as I create a new release. Further a edited the geoserver init container command arcoding the latest changes inside the docker-compose file in the official geonode repository.
