postgres-operator failed on AWS EKS due to could not create cluster: could not create pod disruption budget: the server could not find the requested resource
Aligns postgres operator manifest variable name
Fixes indentation of postgres api_port
Configures GWC prefix
Adds optional ACME config for cert-manager's namespace issuer

@mwallschlaeger Conflict is resolved .. not sure, however, if upgrading postgres-operator to 1.10 goes fine with you. If your upgrade to 1.9.0 is by intend, I could also test if 1.9.0 works for me as well.
