keep link between data and geodata #122

When data are converted to GeoNode how to make sure that related geodata are assigned the right data set or part of data collection? Simple case: One table -> one geodataset

Complex case1: Data collection. Right now in the DB it is not visible which geodata belongs to children of data collections. This is traceable via the Coupled Resource.

Complex case2: Data is assigned to Fake Map Service.

Complex case3: Different datasets/collections use the same geodata. In the DB there is no geodata feature.

in short we package all datasets, documents and geodata into a map use this map as landing page for a dataset
