Feature: filter by related projects in filter section on webpage #136

Feature Description

when looking for datasets (landingpages) users could use geonodes filter section to find datasets fulfill their requirements. Related project is a common search filter in the current bonares repo, therefor we must implement a filtering method based on related projects also in GN
