merge of GeoNode Core 4.3.0 into Zalf-GeoNode. It's a draft for now. When @mwallschlaeger comes back from parental leave, we need to continue working on this by solvining the following issues:
integrate contrib_datapackage changes in GN
update docker-blueprint build step to:
install datapackage contrib module (use release)
integrate zalf-geonode-mapstore-client ( needs to be created, and release must be created)
apply migrations to draven geonode database
???
