Task Description

who should be the owner of the objects. E.g. for ORD we as ZALF DIS or the first author? Same for Point of Contact, who should it be specially if the first author does not have provided a mail address

if owner should be different from uploader, we need to change in geonode/base/api/serializers.py:618
