Version number not documented #19

The version text file In the documentation folder does not contain the correct version number.

The current version number of the monica executables can be found in the properties. The version.txt was a leftover and was copied from the documentation folder. I deleted it.

The correct version file is \monica\src\resource\version.h. This version file is updated with every successful jenkins build and included in executable and installer.
