For the CarboZALF simulations a treshold value is needed, to restrict the maximum possible effective rooting depth. A parameter should be added into the ini file of MONICA to configure the maximum rooting depth.

Updated the algorithm with commit https://github.com/zalf-lsa/monica/commit/d30e9f2f55ebf15dc4ce686b737fa15405e56566. There was an error because the normal rooting depth was not restricted but only the effective rooting depth.
