Compatible with react 16. changed React.PropTypes to 'prop-types'

Thanks for the contribution and sorry about the delay! I was going to wait till we move everything to react@16, but I see these changes will still be compatible with react@15 (correct me if I'm wrong).

BTW we're moving all packages to redux-devtools monorepo to be easier to maintain them and contribute. And it will be renamed again to redux-devtools-inspector, which will include this change in 0.12.
