The names in the bilingual certificate are switched #63

As the title of the issue state, the Ar name is included in the En body and vice versa. We need to fix them so that each filed appears in it correct body.

Work has been done to solve the problem. The reason is that the Arabic name is stored in the English name variable and vice versa
