Change my profile image

Description

As a logged in user, I want to update my profile image to keep it up to date.

Checklist (aka acceptance criteria)

• [ ] The profile editing page contains the current user image.
• [ ] The profile editing page contains a button to upload a new image.
• [ ] The button opens the default OS file selection dialog.
• [ ] Choosing a different file than jpg or png is ignored by the dialog.
• [ ] Choosing a file updates the image but stores it in the browser until the save button is pressed.
• [ ] When the save button is pressed, the image is uploaded and the returned link is used in the profile data

Clarification: Are we storing the images ourselves or are we using the one provided by the IAM service?

We currently do not store profile images at the IAM service. Would be nice to be able to use images from IAM, but keep that optional because there is currently no good interface to add an image.
