Description

As a logged in user, I want to contact users from their profile page.

Checklist (aka acceptance criteria)

[ ] Button is available on profile page
[ ] When not logged in, the button is grayed out and displays an error message
[ ] Button opens some kind of input field
[ ] Submitting the input field sends the user an email
