Adding new tags to my profile #9

Description

As a logged in user, I want to add tags to my profile so that people can find me easier and I can tell the world what I'm interested in.

Checklist (aka acceptance criteria)

[ ] The profile editing page contains a button to add new tags.
[ ] Pressing the button adds some kind of UI to add the tag.
[ ] When storing the profile, the tags are updated on the server.
