Add tests for types backward compatibility:

the repo https://github.com/zama-ai/tfhe-backward-compat-data holds data for historical tfhe-rs versions with associated metadata (eg: for a ciphertext, the metadata is the value of the cleartext)
for the current version, the test tries to load/deserialize/unversionize the historical data and check their validity using the provided metadata
