Update for new DPF #20

I tested all the LV2 plugins in Ardour 3.5-380-g2f6065b and they work 100% :)

lucianodato: Don't forget to delete the old ones from your system, it might be loading some very old ones that had bugs. There is also a new plugin, ZamGEQ31, a 31 band graphic eq ;)
