This allows building ZamSFZ with the new Makefiles. I know this plugin is not considered "important", but it's a simple fix.

@zamaudio and readers: note that this need to update the DPF submodule. I've been testing it working (ie: building) with a fresh DPF git head master (ie: https://github.com/DISTRHO/DPF/commit/bbca5beee33c0097089241183ee45f4ffcc05daa at the time of writing). Thanks @pdesaulniers for the IRC troubleshooting!
