We need inline commands to increase our productivity with this perfect bot!

See the following possible user experience cases:

@tkch_bot law --> shows inline list with most relevant laws
@tkch_bot law 15 --> law number 15!
@tkch_bot law blablabla --> inline list of laws with blablabla or similar in its description.
