UX feedback on a `get` command

Note:

• that case required 3 user interactions to take the effect excepted
• first one is calling get command with a law identifier: it failed due to telegram routing resolution rules for bot commands
• the second one is specified get command with destination bot explicitly defined: in the form how the telegram client UI offered
• the third one is destination specified get command (copy-pasted form step two) with arguments added manually.

Note: these three actions can be collapsed onto one if the issue #1 will be resolved
