Mind putting the current version on hex? #12

Heya. Any chance of chucking the current version up on hex? Latest version on there is 0.7.1, and hex packages can only depend on other hex packages, so currently anyone who wants to use eml in a package they'll be releasing on hex are limited to a pretty old version. Thanks :)
